By using our website, facilities, or shipping services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or sending goods through us.


1. General Terms

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by TNM Global Logistics, including but not limited to international freight shipping, warehouse storage, customs clearance, and documentation support.
1.2. By booking a shipment, storing goods, or using our logistics services, the customer acknowledges and accepts all the terms mentioned herein.
1.3. TNM Global Logistics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Storage Charges & Warehouse Policy

2.1. When goods are delivered to our warehouse, TNM Global Logistics provides 5 days of free storage starting from the date the cargo is received.

2.2. After the 5-day free period:

  • From Day 6 to Day 7, a USD $15 per CBM per day storage charge will apply.
  • The same daily rate continues after Day 7 until the shipment is collected or dispatched.

2.3. If the goods are not shipped or collected within 45 days, TNM Global Logistics will send an official reminder via email, WhatsApp, or phone call.

2.4. If the goods remain uncollected or unshipped within 90 days, TNM Global Logistics reserves the right to dispose of or destroy the goods as per company policy, without further notice. No claims or compensation will be accepted after disposal.

2.5. All outstanding storage charges must be paid in full before shipment release.

2.6. TNM Global Logistics shall not be held liable for loss, damage, or claims related to goods disposed of after the 90-day limit.

3. Warehouse Support

3.1. Our warehouse facilities are secure and designed to maintain the integrity of your cargo during storage.

3.2. While every effort is made to ensure safety, TNM Global Logistics is not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, fire, accidents, or events beyond our control.

3.3. Customers must ensure goods are properly packed, labeled, and declared before storage. Fragile or high-value items must be clearly marked as “FRAGILE.”

3.4. Additional services such as repacking, labeling, or inspection may incur extra fees.


4. Customs Clearance

4.1. TNM Global Logistics offers full customs clearance support to facilitate smooth export and import processes.

4.2. All government taxes, customs duties, and inspection fees are the sole responsibility of the customer or consignee.

4.3. TNM Global Logistics is not liable for customs delays resulting from inspections, incomplete documentation, or government procedures.

4.4. Customers must provide accurate and complete documentation. Any false declaration or missing document may lead to shipment delays, fines, or confiscation.

5. Documentation Support

5.1. TNM Global Logistics assists customers in preparing essential shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, airway bills, and customs declarations.

5.2. Customers are responsible for ensuring all documents submitted are valid, accurate, and complete.

5.3. The company is not responsible for shipment delays or penalties caused by incorrect or incomplete documentation provided by the customer.


6. Goods Responsibilities

6.1. TNM Global Logistics ensures professional handling of all goods during transit and storage.

6.2. Our liability is limited to the period when goods are under our direct control.

6.3. We are not liable for:

  • Natural disasters or force majeure (fire, flood, earthquake, storm, etc.)
  • Delays caused by airlines, shipping lines, customs, or third parties
  • Poor or improper packing by the sender
  • Restricted, prohibited, or undeclared items

6.4. Customers are strongly advised to insure their goods for full declared value.

6.5. Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 7 working days of delivery with proper documentation.

7. Prohibited and Restricted Items

7.1. Customers must not ship or store items that are restricted, prohibited, or illegal under Bangladeshi law or the laws of the destination country.

7.2. Such shipments may be seized, reported, or destroyed without prior notice, and TNM Global Logistics will not accept liability or refund in such cases.


8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

8.2. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Bangladesh.
